How it works
1. Check your pet is eligible
If you pet hasn't had a rabies vaccination before, or if the most recent one has expired, you'll need to book them in for a rabies vaccination at your vets. This needs to be done at least 21 days before your Animal Health Certificate appointment with us. See our FAQ page for full AHC requirements.
2. Book an appointment
Book an appointment at one of our three branches (Havant, London or Bristol) on our online booking page, or by giving us a call. The appointment needs to be within 10 days of your departure date, and it must be at least 21 days after your pet has had their rabies vaccination. Remember to mention that you are a ManyPets customer and the discount code MANYPETS10
3. Complete our pre-appointment form
We’ll send you a link to our online pre-appointment form that you'll need to complete prior to your appointment. We'll also need you to ask your vet practice to email us your pet's clinical history. This allows us to check everything is in order, and prepare the certificate before you visit us.
4. Collect your AHC
Come to our clinic for your appointment, bringing your pet, rabies document(s), and proof of your ManyPets insurance policy. The appointment lasts around 20 minutes, and we'll take payment and issue your Animal Health Certificate there and then. Once issued, you'll have 10 days to depart on your trip.

The Promotion applies only to Animal Health Certificates for dogs and cats travelling to the EU. This does not include Export Health Certificates, Fit to Fly Certificates, Private Veterinary Certificates, Tapeworm Treatment, or any other product or service apart from Animal Health Certificates.

In order to redeem the Promotion, if you are booking an appointment online, you must input the discount code in the relevant input box. If you are booking an appointment over the phone or over email, you must inform us that you would like to use the discount code.

In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Your pet must meet all APHA requirements in order to be eligible for an Animal Health Certificate.

To redeem the Promotion, you must provide proof of a valid insurance policy with ManyPets before or at the appointment. The policy holder’s name on the ManyPets insurance policy must match the owner’s name on the pet’s clinical record.

The Promotion can be used multiple times, provided the policy holder on the ManyPets insurance policy matches the owner name on the pet’s clinical record.

For appointments booked with less than 2 working days’ notice, or if we do not receive the required information within more than two working days before your appointment, our urgent Animal Health Certificate price will apply as per our pricing page. The Promotion can still be applied to urgent Animal Health Certificates.

The Promotion starts at 00:01 BST on XXX (“Starting Date”) and ends at 23:59 BST on 31st December 2024 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive the Promotion you must have booked an Animal Health Certificate appointment by 23:59 on the Closing Date using a valid discount code. All appointments purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.

PassPets reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, including the Starting Date and Closing Date, at any time without notice.

By entering this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promotion and associated discount codes or links are not transferable.
